The present mine accidents often take place, how to build effective monitoring network is to be a problem the mine enterprises face. Wireless sensor network can adapt to complex and changing mine environment, improves the reliability of monitoring network. To ensure the effective coverage and connectivity between nodes, a piece of mine working area is always within the reaction range of multiple nodes, which causes a large amount of data redundancy undoubtedly, so it is necessary to aggregate data. Data aggregation can reduce the total network energy consumption, so it has become an hot issue in the research of WSN.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages the existing aggregation algorithms had, and proposed a WSN data aggregation technology from the Angle of mine monitoring. Researched the model of WSN data aggregation mainly from energy consumption、transmission delay and accuracy, the dominating jobs were as follows:(1)To save total energy consumption, it proposed a WSN data aggregation algorithm on account of clustering, adopted an unequal clustering algorithm based on the optimal average energy consumption in the process of clustering, and cluster heads selection algorithm considered the remanent energy, transmission distance and selection times when selected cluster head; in the process of data transmission, used a estimation mechanism aggregation algorithm, comparing the absolute value of the data variation of adjacent two cycles with given threshold, eliminate data redundancy within it, reduced the network total energy consumption greatly; finally analyzed the relation of threshold value and network total energy consumption, obtained the best threshold value when network total energy consumption was lowest.(2)Considering the algorithm based on clustering saved energy consumption while resulted in the decrease of data accuracy and increased data transmission delay, this paper then proposed an adaptive aggregation algorithm to balance transmission delay and data accuracy. It introduced game theory and adaptive aggregation factor, cluster nodes select the best aggregation factor to maximize total efficiency function value when data loss rate was uncertain in mine environment, and the best aggregation factor increased along with the increase of data loss rate, balanced transmission delay and dataaccuracy effectively.(3)Unequal clustering algorithm caused energy consumption rate of different cluster monitoring areas were unbalanced, this paper proposed an unequal clustering aggregation algorithm to reduce energy consumption rate. In the phrase of Unequal clustering, it put forward the concept of “cluster radius”, made it increase along with the distance between monitoring area and sink node, in the phrase of data aggregation,when data loss rate changed with cluster radius dynamically, adjusted aggregation factors in each cluster adaptively, and aggregation factor decreased along with the increase of cluster radius, decreased the data quantity far from sink node, balances the network energy consumption rate, and meanwhile reduces the transmission delay.
