Numerical control machine tool,as the working machine tool of manufacturing industry,is the core competitiveness in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The digitalization,networking and intellectualization of CNC machine tools play an important role in intelligent manufacturing.The intelligence of CNC machine tools depends on the integrity and real-time of data.How to integrate data with integrity,high frequency and high efficiency has become the primary problem of intelligence.Due to the problems of poor compatibility,insufficient integrity and low transmission efficiency of the existing data acquisition and aggregation schemes,the contradiction between the data integrity and real-time requirements of machine tool intellectualization is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study a complete,efficient and compatible big data aggregation system.Aiming at the problems of incomplete big data aggregation and low efficiency of CNC machine tools,a dynamic scheduling algorithm for big data of CNC machine tools is proposed.Based on the change frequency distribution and importance degree of data items in CNC machine tools,a dynamic scheduling queue for big data collection of CNC machine tools is designed,which can effectively reduce the network traffic during data aggregation,and make the data items of CNC machine tools gather completely and efficiently.Aiming at the problems of large amount of computation and low efficiency of big data dynamic scheduling algorithm for CNC machine tools,a data dynamic scheduling optimization algorithm based on the similarity of data item change frequency is proposed.In the stage of data item classification,a clustering method based on Haar and options is designed to make the massive data items be classified quickly and accurately.In the stage of accurate data matching,a DTW algorithm based on neighborhood information is proposed to solve the problem of inaccurate matching in the calculation of super long time series.Aiming at the problem of heterogeneous data compatibility,a big data aggregation scheme for CNC machine tools based on NC link is designed.So that massive machine tool big data can quickly,stably and completely converge to the server.
