Research On Remote Monitoring System Of CNC Machine Tool Based On Internet

Over the past decades, with the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet has been applied widely in our life and production, and networking hasbecome the development trend of CNC machine tools. The rapid development ofInternet technology and universal application of LAN, provide solid foundation forremote monitoring technology. Remote monitoring system of CNC machine toolsbased on Internet can provide remote diagnosis and maintenance functions formanufacturers, and it is easy to achieve networking and centralized management forthe users. Therefore, this paper has an important practical significance for remoteequipment maintenance.This article researched a CNC machine remote monitoring system based onInternet technology. With the analysis of development situation of remote monitoringsystem at home and abroad on CNC machine tools, propose the design principle of thewhole system and its frame. In the course of the study, we encountered a problem thatthe current wireless sensor data communication protocol can not guarantee theeffective transmission in two typical scenarios. This paper designed a relativelycommon data communication protocols based on wireless sensor networks to solvethe problem. The system uses C # and Windows Form programming language, as wellas database technology of Microsoft SQL Server to develop the remote monitoringterminal application programs. Complete software modules based on C / S mode,including the landing module, historical data query module, data analysis andprocessing module, user management module.Finally, debug the hardware and softwareoint under laboratory conditions,wireless communication terminals using proposed data protocol in this pape. Theexperimental results showed that the system was operating normally, reached thedesired effects.
