Timely and accurate understanding of the dynamic information of the CNC quenching machine is the key to a guaranteed reliable operation and is beneficial to the improvement of the quenching quality of the workpiece.However,as the data collection of traditional quenching machine is done by wired transmissions,it may lead to several problems such as complex cable lines,loose cable lines,on-site production influences,maximum transmission distance and transmission instability.With the development of network technology,sensor technology and wireless communication technology,the emergence of Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)overcomes many problems of the traditional methods.In this paper,the heat treatment equipment is used as the research object,and the rotary induction heating and quenching machine is the experimental object.The paper studies the dynamic intelligent remote monitoring system of CNC quenching machine based on Internet of Things.The system integrates the technology of Internet of things,sensor technology,information acquisition technology and information processing technology into the information processing of heat treatment equipment,and realizes the remote intelligent monitoring of dynamic information of heat treatment equipment.The remote monitoring provides technical support for the whole life cycle management of heat treatment equipment from designing,manufacturing,sales,service to recycling.This paper analyzes the technology of the Internet of Things and the fault diagnosis technology to determine the overall scheme of the system.Using 433 MHZ wireless transmission technology to achieve wireless transmission at the work site and monitoring center,and achieve dynamic data internet remote monitoring through the host computer center at the monitoring center.The hardware and construction of the perception layer,network layer,and application layer are selected according to the program requirements.Upon completion of the hardware,through the programming of PLC,the configuration of communication mode,the creation of SQL Server database and the development of kingview software,the Web publishing function based on dynamic data of CNC machine tools is realized.Finally,the feasibility of the monitoring platform is verified by collecting the dynamic data such as the gap data of the rotary bearing surface and the sensor,the temperature of the quenching liquid andthe quenching liquid pressure.This paper uses the research method of theoretical analysis and experiment,to build a remote monitoring system based on dynamic information remote control system of CNC quenching machine,and realizes the remote monitoring of dynamic information of CNC quenching machine.Based on the realization of the dynamic monitoring of the dynamic information of the quenching machine,it is of great significance to strengthen the fine control ability of the heat treatment equipment.
