The urban sewage is the mixed water which discharged into the water pipeline system, the water includes all kinds of domestic sewage, industrial waste water and the rainfall of a city.If the urban sewage runs into the water on the earth without water system and the health of our human beings. Firstly, we must find out the economical and effective ways to solve this problem.There are four ways to treat the sewage: the physical, chemical and physical and biological. Flocculation and sedimentation method is the mature method treat the sewage. Polymeric Ferric Sulfate is a kind of Salts of inorganic polymer flocculant, it is new, the best and efficient. It has so many characteristics, such as: excellent coagulation performance, alum compact, fast settling velocity and the effect of good water water purifying and so on.The paper takes the Jiguan sewage treatment plant in Chongqing as the research object. It analysis the nature of the sewage of the towns of the Chongqing.It studies on the content and its variation before and after the treatment of waste water pollutants and phosphorus, the character of the Polymerization iron sulfate crystallization, the relationships between and the main factor of the effects of Polymeric ferric sulfate concentration and the crystal, the polymerization iron sulfate crystallization. It sets the Dilution conditions and the reasonable temperature control range. It also studies on the Polymeric ferric sulfate adding technology and inputs during the progress of the ewage treatment. It finds out and develop the polymeric fersulfate automatically adjust feeding system and control software according to the charging process requirement.The results of the study shows that, the crystallization of polymeric ferric sulfate has relationships with the Concentration, viscosity, feeding system in the velocity, temperature and so on. Selecting the reasonable dilution concentration, the flow velocity can effectively slow down the crystallization behavior of poly ferric sulfate. It establish a model of the amount of crystalline polymeric ferric sulfate and adding quantity of relationship.we achieved the automatic control of polymeric ferric sulfate and the amount of added phosphorus content in Waste water through the content of phosphorus in sewage real-time test and analysis and changes, to determine a reasonable amount of feeding polymerization ferric sulfate. We achieved the amount of sewage, phosphorus content in waste water with polymeric ferric sulfate dosage of dynamic adjustment through the method of taking a step by step feeding method of increasing or decreasing. To ensure that the content of phosphorus in the sewage treatment system in line with the national emission standard conditions and reduce the polymerization iron sulfate dosage and the cost of sewage treatment.
