County Government Environmental Management Strategies

At present, China is facing the grim situation of environmental protection, strengthening government environmental management is important and urgent. And the country more than two thousand county government environmental management is good or bad largely determine the success or failure of our government environmental management.In this paper, the city of Jinjiang county government environmental management for the study, through the analysis of county government environmental management problems and specific reasons, and then explore the county government to promote environmental management strategies. Finally, based on the experience from home and abroad, aiming to improve the environmental management of county government put forward specific measures, including the public interest-oriented sound government decisions to improve the environmental performance of the functions of management-oriented, market-oriented environment to promote infrastructure construction, to play a grass-roots community-oriented decentralization environmental effects, an environmental service-oriented information disclosure to proactively attract oriented conduct public participation and to strengthen the management of innovation-oriented corporate responsibility.
