The Countermeasure Studying For Jinjiang City To Establishment Of National Environmental Protection Model Cities

With the alternation of the times and progresses made by economic development,the society will be developing rapidly as well. During this process, environmental problems are even more worthy of people's high attention, social equity,environmental protection and economic development are also highly agreed and understood by the social mass, and they also form the backbone force to promote social, economic and national development. As the witness of development of times and the symbol of social progress, cities are very important, which is self-evident.And it is also the core content that promotes national development. On the basis of following former researches, the paper analyzes the eco-city theory, the theory of circular economy, environmentalism and the sustainable development theory,maintaining that only with the coordinated and joint development of ecology, society and economy can the strategic goal of urban infrastructure construction and sustainable development be realized. Among them, environmental and ecological protection is particularly important. Taking the construction of modernized eco-civilized cities as the strategy and sustainable economic development as the measure can guarantee the successful implementation of environmental protection,urban infrastructure construction etc. to some extent. Since the reform and opening up,China has abandoned its traditional and obsolete development concepts and theories,trying to construct model cities characterized by ecological balance, beautiful environment, rapid economic development and social harmony. Comparatively strong demonstrativeness, technology and operability is the direction of our joint efforts.While constructing the engineering project of the west coast of the Taiwan Straits,Jinjiang City has always taken “harmonious, comprehensive and systematic development” as its purpose. Standing out among various cities in Fujian Province,Jinjiang City is the first region in Fujian Province to achieve urban modernization,ecologicalization and environmental protection. Under such circumstances, its economy has also achieved leap-type development and it has become one of the big cities with profound cultural deposits and strong economic strength in China.By exploring theories such as the eco-city theory, the sustainable economicdevelopment theory etc., learning from precious experience gained by other countries,combining Jinjiang City's strategic planning in various aspects such as environmental protection and urban development, the paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the predicament and advantages Jinjiang City faces and puts forward effective suggestions and countermeasures, in the hope of benefiting relevant fields.
