Printing machine to high-speed, high precision and high efficiency of direction, requires increasingly high dynamic characteristics. While the vibration reflects the dynamic characteristics of the press under high speed operating conditions, excessive vibration has been restricting the increase of the speed of machine, affecting the printing precision and causing a machine fault or reduce the machine life. In this paper, the vibration system composed of a printing press embossing drum and the surrounding connecting parts is studied, and the vibration transfer path analysis method is used to study the vibration transmission relationship and the contribution of each path. According to the national standard, the printing of the printing precision of detection. According to the national standard method, the overlay accuracy of printed materials were tested to study its printing characteristics, mechanical properties and printing characteristics combined with the dynamic performance of the press study graphic transfer process printers. The main contents are as follows:(1)Combining with the basic principle of TPA method and the structure of the drum vibration system, the system path transfer is analyzed, proposed the basic flow of the method and gave the selecting method of the system input and output.(2)Through the press impression cylinder structure analysis, vibration system and its sub-structure relationship mathematical model is established and the vibration characteristics of the impression cylinder is determined, analyzed the impact of components printing overlay accuracy on the vibration system.(3)With the use of B&K test systems experimental modal analysis module, the acquisition of FRF was completed. Using the vibration TPA method to analyze the contribution of vibration which is transmitted from the routes of wallboard and Embossing roller.(4)Using the national standard method to extract a sample at a printing speed; Established a proof axial and circumferential over print precision analysis model. For proofs of overlay accuracy and precision were tested to verify the reliability of the results of the transfer path analysis.
