In this paper,the formula of reactive dye ink for dry heat transfer printing was developed and used for dry heat transfer printing of cotton fabrics.First,the amount of alcohol in the three colors of ink is discussed.The research shows that:the total amount of alcohols is kept between 21?30%,the surface tension of red,yellow and blue ink varies within 28?37 mN/m,the viscosity varies within 3?6.5 MPa·s,and the conductivity varies within 4000?9000 s/cm.Then,the specific formulation,stability,spraying performance and printing fluency of three kinds of reactive dye inks are discussed.Research showed that reactive dyes is 10%?12%,(reactive red 218 10%,reactive yellow 95 10%,reactive blue 72.12%),ethylene glycol 8%,1,2-propylene glycol 8%,triethylene glycol 5%,polyethylene glycol(peg)400 4%,ethanol 1.5%,ethylene glycol butyl ether 3.5%,triethanolamine(reactive red 2180.05%,reactive yellow 95 0.05%,reactive blue 72 0.1%),OP-10 surfactant 0.08%,defoaming agent 0.05%,fungicide 0.1%,and the rest of deionized water.The reactive dye inks prepared were placed at room temperature for 3 months and at high temperature for 1 week,and no crystal precipitation was observed.In addition,the ink viscosity and surface tension affect the ink injection performance.The above ink for printing fluency test,fluency is very good,and no blocking phenomenon.Finally,the dry heat transfer printing of cotton fabric was explored to obtain a better process,calculate the cost of self-dispensing ink and coMPare it with the price of commercial ink The results showed that the best technology for reactive red 218 ink was 4 MPa under thermal pressure,125? at temperature,saturated steam mode,10 min at temperature of 100?.The optimal process of reactive yellow 95 ink was 4 MPa under thermal pressure,125? under saturated steam mode,20 min under 100? under thermal pressure.The optimal process of reactive blue 72 ink is thermal pressure of 3 MPa,temperature of 125?,saturated steam mode,time of 15 min,temperature of 105?.Under this condition,the K/S value and color fastness of cotton fabric are good,color fastness reaches grade 4 and above,contour definition and printing effect picture are good.Moreover,the cost of self-dispensing ink is lower than that of commercial ink,so it is suitable for enterprises to use.
