With the development of computer technology,digital printing has become more and more widely used,and it can adapt to various patterns,it was energy saving and environmental protection.In small batche production of low-cost and short reduce cycle,digital printing began to replace traditional printing in gradually.At present,the main types of digital printing machine in used is the guide belt digital printing machine.The guide belt digital printing machine working in jet printing.It has good adaptability to many fabrics,but for polyester and other fabrics,this mothod will cause osmosis and other problems in easily even leads to failure.To solve this problem,we spray ink to the heat transfer paper,and this papper with special coatings,and then transfer printing,it can avoid waste in product.however,the guide-belt digital printing machine is not suitable for the extremely thinly pepper,so it is necessary to develop a heat transfer digital printing machine suitable for thinly pepper.The main work of this paper is as follows:In the first part this chapter expounds the background and significance of the research,analysing the differences between traditional printing and digital printing and summarizing it.it also expounds the research status of paper feeding mechanism and paper drying,puting forward the research content of this paper in finally.In the second chapter,it analysis the structure of the digital printing machine and the working principle of it.According to the structure and working principle of the digital printing machine,the demand of heat transfer printing paper,the overall structure design of the digital printing machine is put forward,and the control scheme of the whole machine is designed according to the overall structure and the mechanics.In third,we analyzed the paper movement of the paper-moving mechanism and the heat transfer digital printing machine.and established the mechanical model of the roll group of the paper-moving system.Deducing the velocity of the contact point when the paper moves in contact with the active roll.Analyzing the relationship between degree and positive pressure of paper,the paper deviation mechanism of digital printing machine,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.In the fourth chapter,with the problem that the non-uniformity of drying is easy to cause wrinkles in the process of drying and winding up in the current digital printing industry,we designed a method that combined the local positioning drying intervention and overall drying to improve the drying effect and avoid the non-uniformity of one-time overall drying and paper drying caused by direct positioning drying in the same time.The rapid shrinkage of the papper caused by drying too fast.That the paper brittleness aggravates,which affects the paper performance and we can use this method to improve the paper drying effect.In finally,we summarizes the work and point out the defects in the design of paper conveyance apparatus and localized drying apparatus,and puts forward the research direction in the future.
