| How to control the construction investment in petrochemical engineering, and improve investment efficiency is an important issue in the petrochemical industry. This thesis is closely combined with the engineering practice of the petroleum chemical engineering construction investment management system and the extension of the 1800000 tons / yea S-Zorb catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit.The main research contents are as follows:In the early stage of the project, using the method of project economic evaluation to optimize the design scheme, from the scale, benefit, safety and environmental protection of the project, the function of four aspects of evaluation, and the cost of the scheme is analyzed and proved.In the construction preparation stage, combined with the actual characteristics of the project, the construction of the general contract mode, and through the valuation rate tender,contract control of the method of the materials, to achieve the purpose of further effective control engineering investment.During the construction stage, the investment amount of the investment in the construction stage can effectively control the construction stage by using the plan, control the purchase process, control engineering measurement, payment, engineering change, claim and project risk management and control.In the stage of completion of the project, the design of the whole project, bidding and construction process of the investment control effect is analyzed and evaluated, summarized the research results of this paper, for the follow-up project has accumulated experience. |
