Cracked gas compressor is an important equipment for ethylene production. If compressor or turbine can not work, whether it is due to excessive vibration or due to equipment failure or surge, it will cause the ethylene production downtime for five working days. Cracked ags compressor has complicated structure and high installation accuracy, so there has to be a complete set of practical solutions for its installation and commissioning. Through consulting a lot of paper, the author finds that most articles and patents study on ethylene product, sthdies on commissioning technology of cracked gas compressor are few.To solve the above problems, this paper studies commissioning technology of cracked compressor. The main research contents are summarized below:(1) Commissioning technology of cracked compressor is done. The whole commissioning process of cracking gas compressor is studied, from the installation to the commissioning, and the test control system. Three common failures are studied, including surge, vibration and leakage.(2) Practical application of the commissioning technology of cracking gas compressor is done. The results of the study are applied to the commissioning process of cracking gas compressor with the ethylene production of 1500000 tons / year. Through the compilation of the test plan and the monitoring of the field, the vibration problem of the bearing is treated in time, the commissioning process of the compressor is successful.
