With the rapid development of automobile industry and the people of atmospheric pollution to strengthen calls for more and more high, for motor gasoline specifications such as sulfur content index is increasing day by day. Our country from the four started in January 2014 gasoline standards, require the sulfur content in gasoline is not higher than 50 mg/kg; To implement the five standard began in December 2017, the sulfur content in gasoline is no more than 10 mg/kg. Of gasoline in our country, the FCC gasoline accounts for about 70% or more. Products more than 90% of the sulfur in gasoline from FCC gasoline components, thus reducing the sulfur content in FCC gasoline components is the key to the production of low sulfur gasoline.Gasoline desulfurization technology developed by research institutions mainly include two categories, hydrogenation desulfurization and hydrodesulfurization. Hydrodesulfurization technology one-time investment big, the high operating costs and the need to consume large amounts of hydrogen. The hydrodesulfurization technology, the adsorption desulfurization to selectively removing the sulfur compounds in gasoline without affecting the olefin content and avoid the olefin saturation results in the decrease of octane number of the problems in the process of hydrogenation, has advantages of low equipment investment and high desulfurization efficiency, obtained the rapid development in recent years, become a research focus in the catalytic cracking desulfurization of gasoline and diesel fuel. Adsorption desulfurization technology with S Zorb technology development the fastest, most successful industrial application of the technology based on the principle of adsorption desulfurization of gasoline by adsorbent selective adsorption of sulfur-containing compounds of sulfur atoms, attain the goal of desulfurization.This article through the analysis of the development of gasoline desulfurization technology at home and abroad research status quo, to extend the oil group yong ping refinery catalytic cracking gasoline desulfurization as the research object, compared the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies, combined with the actual situation of yong ping refinery, analysis choose the upgrades for the oil S Zorb adsorption desulfurization technology.To yong ping S Zorb desulfurization unit in the production process for technical research, the production of actual data, the industrial application of S Zorb technology condition are analyzed in detail, through the data contrast it is concluded that the technique has high desulfurization efficiency, small loss of octane number, low energy consumption advantages. Solved the yong ping refinery producer four standard gasoline, and prepare for the next five standard gas producer. Based on the problems existing in the process of the device in the actual operation analysis, put forward the solution, to provide technical support for the device of long period run efficiently.
