In order to solve the poor washable performance of nylon fabric antistatic finishing agent,and give the versatility of nylon fabric, this paper had developed a new polyetherpolyamide copolymer durable antistatic agent PED, after finishing, the hydrophilic and antistatic properties and washability of nylon fabric had better promotion. On the basis of this study, introduce organic silicon polymer to the polyether modified polyamide antistatic finishing agent molecule, and develop a silicone polyether polyamide block copolymer nylon hydrophilic soft multifunctional finishing agent PSED, and apply to hydrophilic soft antistatic finishing of nylon fabric.After fininshing,nylon fibric got good hydrophilic, antistatic and softness properties. Thesis focused on the synthesis process and finishing process of finishing agent PED and finishing agent PSED,and the performance of the finished fabric. The contents and results are as follows:The first part: synthesis and application of durable antistatic finishing agent PED for nylon fabricA kind of polyether polyamide copolymer antistatic agent PED was synthesized by condensation polymerization reaction with hexamethylene diamine, adipic acid, and polyether amine as raw materials,hypophosphite as catalyst, and it was applied in antistatic finishing for nylon fabric. The influences of conditions of condensation such as monomer feed ratio, condensation temperature, and polymerization time on surface resistivity and voltage half of the finished fabric were studied and the synthesis conditions were optimized. The research results showed that the optimal conditions of condensation reaction for PED were that material ratio n(AA) : n(HDA) : n(PA) was 5:1:4, condensation temperature was 240℃, and polymerization time was2.5h. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy were used to characterize the molecular structure of finishing agent PED, and the result showed its structure was polyether polyamide copolymer, gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used to test the molecular weight of PED, and the result showed its molecular weight was 12278. Thermal gravimetric analyzer was used to test its thermal stability,and the result showed it had a good thermal stability. On this basis, the influences of finishing agent dosage,curing temperature, curing time on the finishing effect were studied, the finishing process conditions was optimized, antistatic properties of the treated fabric were determined, meanwhile and compared with nylon fabric antistatic finishing agent on the market. The results showed that optimal finishing process conditions were as follows: the dosage of finishing agent was 20 g/L, curing temperature was 170 ℃ and the curing time was 50 s. The surface resistivity and induced voltage half-life of treated fabric were 3.7×107 Ω and 1.26 s. After30 times washing, the surface resistivity and induced voltage half-life were 7.4×108Ω and 6.11 s. The study showed that polyether polyamide copolymer antistatic agent PED had good antistatic properties and washing resistance.The second parts: synthesis and application of polyether/polysiloxane/polyamide copolymer as hydrophilic soft multifunctional finishing agent PSED for nylon fabricA double-end amino polysiloxane(A-PDS) intermediates was synthesized by anionic polymerization with octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4) and 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane as raw materials as material, a polyether/polyamide intermediates was synthesized by condensation reaction with adipic acid(AA), hexamethylene diamine(HDA) and polyether amine(PA) as raw material, sodium phosphite as catalyst. A polyether/polysiloaxne/polyamide copolymer as hydrophilic soft multifunctional finishing agentPSED was prepared by condensation reaction with A-PDS and polyether polyamide intermediates as raw material, sodium hypophosphite as catalyst, and being used as hydrophilic soft multifunctional finishing agent for nylon fabric. The Influences of synthesis conditions such as monomer weight ratio, condensation temperature, and polymerization time on the finishing effect were studied, and synthesis conditions of PSED were optimized. The result showed that optimal synthesis conditions was as follows:material ratio n(AA):n(PA):n(HDA):n(A-PDS)=1:0.9:0.1:0.2, poly-condensation temperature was 240℃, poly-condensation time was 3h. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy were used to characterize the molecular structure of finishing agent PSED, and the result showed its structure was polyether/polysiloxane/polyamide copolymer. Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used to test its molecular weight and the result showed its molecular weight was 9677. The thermal stability of PESD was tested by thermal gravimetric analyzer, the result showed that PSED had a good thermal stability. On this basis,the influences of finishing agent dosage, curing temperature, curing time on finishing effect were studied, and the finishing process conditions of the finishing were optimized, the result showed the optimal finishing process conditions were that: the dosage of finishing agent was 50 g/L, curing temperature was 170 ℃ and curing time was 50 s. The application properties such as wetting time, softness, washing resistance and antistatic of the treated fabric were measured and compared with nylon fabric hydrophilic soft multifunctional finishing agent on the market. The results showed that finishing effects such as that wetting time of finished fabric was 4.27 s, the softness was 87.2, and the induced voltage half was 2.45 s, after 30 times washing, the wetting time was 8.38 s, the softness was 84.3, and the induced voltage half was 7.93 s. The result shows PSED has good hydrophilic, softness, antistatic and washing resistance properties. The research result showed PSED was the most ideal nylon hydrophilic soft antistatic multifunction finishing agent.
