Research On Temperature Control During The Cooling Process Of Batch Reactor

Batch production is a kind of important production modes in the production field which core equipment is batch reactor and has a very wide range of applications. Batch reactor is a kind of important reactor, so it needs to control the process parameters in the batch production process, such as temperature, pressure, flow and so on. Because most of the products in the production process of temperature has different requirements, so in order to ensure the production safety and product quality, product yield, it needs to strictly control the temperature of batch reactor. Generally speaking, the research of batch reactor temperature control is very important.According to the actual situation and production requirements, this paper designs a batch reactor cooling process and introduces the main equipment in the cooling system. According to the batch reactor cooling process, the paper design the temperature control system. The overall structure of the control system adopts three level network structure, namely monitoring level, control level and field equipment layer. Using SIEMENS touch screen as the host computer in the monitoring level to implement human-computer interaction, and using SIEMENS 300 PLC as the lower computer in the control stage to realize the control process of the cooling of the batch reactor. According to the requirements of actual control, the paper use the conventional PID control method of anhydrous alcohol temperature. In order to improve the accuracy of temperature control of the batch reactor, the paper establish cooling model through the mechanism of batch reactor in the first place. Then use the control method of batch reactor cooling model by controlling the jacket entrance temperature to control temperature of batch reactor, and according to the temperature of batch reactor to modify the jacket entrance temperature. to verify the feasibility of temperature control scheme in batch reactor cooling process through the simulation experiment. According to the proposed control system, the paper use the STEP7 programming software programming and using WinCC configuration software flexible host computer interface design.In brief, this paper designs a set of batch reactor cooling process. Establish a batch reactor cooling model and design a temperature control system through the study of the dynamic process of the cooling process of the batch reactor. The result of this paper provides ideas and innovative ways to control batch reactor cooling temperature.
