With the increasing rhythm and stress of city life, a lot of people are in the state of sub-health. And also with the increasing awareness of their health, sports industry is getting rapid development. Tight sportswear is a new product in sportswear category. The significance of the design of this kind of clothing to the fashion design industry, designer,consumer market and individuals is increasing. Through the study of a large number of literature, this thesis summarizes the line classification and optimization design about tight sportswear. By using the 3d body measurement to get body size and type, set the dividing line as breakthrough point to optimize the design of tight sportswear. With the base of functional line design, the purpose of comfort and considering both fashion and beauty factors, the optimized design of dividing line will meet the demand of customers. And with the combination research of the function and decorating of dividing line, the optimized design will more in line with human body movement. Establishing a reasonable evaluation system to getthe most direct and effective feedback of it, which will help to provide the basis for further optimized design.From the study of theory and the method of optimized design,this thesis aims to make a reference of the tight sportswear design in the future, and to improve the comfortableness and beauty of this type of clothing. Through the combination of the data from 3d body measurement with dividing line, to study the basis and method of optimized design from design and kinematics about dividing line. The system study of the research literature about sportswear in this paper can provide theoretical reference. By summarizing the optimized design of dividing line and the improvement of the comfort and beauty of tight sportswear, hope to make it a reference in China.
