Design For Sewage Treatment Project In Jinghe Town

With the development of urban construction and dramatic increase of population, sewage wanton emissions problem is becoming acute increasingly. As the important infrastructure of city, sewage treatment project plays a guiding and restricting role in the urban development.The existing drainage system was imperfect of Jinghe town and some of the sewage was discharged directly without treatment. The project comprehensively considered urban drainage plan, sewage quality and quantity, aiming to solve the environmental problem. Then the collection, transportation and treatment of sewage system were designed.The serving area of the project included the collection, transportation and treatment of sewage in Jinghe town. The sewage treatment scale of the proposed sewage treatment plant was designed as 30,000m3/d and 50,000m3/d for recent and long-term, respectively. In addition, level A standard of "pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant" (GB18918-2002) of effluent quality would be achieved.According to influent quality characteristics and effluent quality requirements for receiving water environment quality standards, the sewage treatment plant used modified A2/O secondary biological treatment with nitrogen and phosphorus removal functions and advanced treatment process with coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection processes. Moreover, the treated water was reused for the plant and urban landscape, green and road watering. Concentrate filter press machine was applied for sludge treatment, and the treated sludge would be sent to Gobi for greening hills.The completion of sewage treatment plant of Jinghe town will greatly reduce the urban environment pollution, and effectively improve the overall urban environment. Meanwhile, it is conducive to create a favorable investment environment for Jinghe town, and to promote the sustainable development of urban economy.
