In recent years,our country put forward continuously,to reduce the pollutant emissions,and strengthening management.urban sewage disposal facilities and garbage disposal facilities to reasonable planning,to speed up the construction.The key river basin water pollution prevention and control of strength to constantly strengthen,strict formulation of pollutant emissions targets and environmental impact assessment.So can conclude,in the process of economic construction and social development,construction and improve the urban sewage treatment facilities will be within the scope of the current and future of our country and the world development or one of the major environmental problems faced by developed countries.In building a resource-conserving society and environment-friendly society and the deepening of comprehensive construction well-off society,under the requirement of our domestic sewage,industrial wastewater and the early rain water treatment process whether can meet our requirements,in the modern design of sewage treatment plant will be the focus and difficulty.In this paper,taking Dalian Siergou sewage treatment plant as the backing,first determine sewage treatment plant sewage service area by the composition,main pollution sources and the service area.Optimal selection of comparison and analysis of several common sewage treatment process final process plan,and select the appropriate design parameters,the reasonable design of structure.By city construction land unit Comprehensive Water Consumption Index law,the development of urban water consumption units population comprehensive index method and Dalian Siergou area just to combine,accurate predictions of sewage amount Dalian Siergou area.Design size Dalian Siergou sewage treatment plant in accordance with the 100,000 m3/d.Influent quality Dalian Siergou sewage treatment plant is:BOD5:200mg/L;CODcr:350mg/L;TP:3mg/L;TN:40mg/L;SS:220mg/L;NH3-N:30mg/L.This is a combination of domestic similar regional water quality and sewage treatment plants of similar size and Dalian other sewage treatment plant influent water quality in comparison to draw the appropriate conclusions.The design in accordance with the "urban sewage treatment plant emission standards"(GB18919-2002)(hereinafter referred to as the "City sewage discharge standards")an A standards:Dalian Siergou sewage treatment plant effluent quality is:CODcr:50mg/L;BOD5:10mg/L;SS:10mg/L;TN:15mg/L;TP:0.5mg/L;NH3-N:5mg/L.As of Dalian Siergou effluent water quality requirements,our sludge treatment process and secondary treatment process to conduct a comprehensive study of the system.Based on the theoretical analysis,it has been built and run by the foreman of the sewage treatment process used to compare results:BAF technology + ultraviolet disinfection system + sludge mechanical dewatering of sewage treatment plant processes.Combined with the practical engineering,preferably structure design parameters,by means of mathematical calculations to determine the size of each sewage and build specific number.Sewage secondary treatment process using BAF,disinfection using ultraviolet light disinfection.After the sewage treatment plant put into operation monitoring data to prove:The sewage treatment process used in the project in line with the actual situation of Dalian,water quality reaches the "City sewage discharge standards" in the A-level standard.
