With the rapid development of packaging industry, the product packaging has an influence directly on the level of the product itself.Therefore,product packaging detected is the key to products themselves. Prints detected is relying on manual operation.It is difficult to detect bar codes, two dimensional codes,some products like RFID by manual operation.It is necessary to increase labor intensity and reduce test efficiency by using hand-held special equipment to check.The demand of automated inspecting equipment is growing in the market.But now these devices exist more problems: scratches,double sheets,inadequate positioning accuracy,belt deviation, removed improperly,error detection,missed detection paper and a series of problems about feeding system poor stability.This will result in a waste of resources,low correct rate and so on, has bad effects on the quality inspection equipment market.To solve these problems, the paper analysis these factors which affect the stability of feeding system.In order to reduce printing Scratches rate and increase the stability of the pagination,It analysis belt transverse vibration characteristics and regulation,front guide structure optimization.Finally,testing the stability of improved pagination unit.Then the adjusting parameters of pressure and angle of the press roll among the positioning unit are calculated.The correspondence is determined between angle and pressure of the press roll for different printing products. It is designed to optimize the wall thickness of the roller.Using ANSYS modal analysis on the roller, reducing the roller Vibration on paper positioning to improve the printing products side positioning accuracy.Meanwhile,The paper analysis the mechanism of belt deviation, summarize the main factors affecting the belt deviation.Using finite element simulate and analysis The force of the suction belt. According to the rule of belt deviation, it proposes preventive measures and an automatic belt correction device.Experiments confirmed that the correction device can make the amount of belt deviation is controlled within the allowable range.Finally,it analysis the reliability of unit independent failure and element total load failure on the whole series system. Testing mean time to failure on the whole series system and comparing with the theoretical value.The result shows that unit total load failure model can more accurately assess the reliability and stability of the series system which obey exponential distribution.
