Construction of smart city is an inevitable requirement of city-building and national further urbanization, and is also the inevitable result of industrial automation and information technology development. Urban lighting node backbone framework has a very important role for the construction of smart city, it is the integration of various originally isolated urban infrastructure system of things, and is skeleton and blood vessels of building a complete city with wisdom. Air quality monitoring is an important part of a comprehensive monitoring system of smart city, is one of the main components face perception of the city. Foreign standards and monitoring methods in terms of air quality monitoring already very sophisticated, there are a lot of construction experience in the monitoring system, many companies have complete management and monitoring system products. The domestic air quality monitoring system is mainly designated to set targets still remain in active labor monitoring mode. At present, China in the construction of air quality standards and standardized measurements have relatively mature technology, but also with the corresponding laws and regulations. So now a real-time, high-precision air quality monitoring system is the latest requirements for air quality monitoring aspect.In this paper, urban lighting node backbone framework for the status of air quality monitoring quo proposed a real-time, high-precision, highly scalable network of air quality monitoring system. This paper analyzes the current status of research and development of domestic and foreign air quality monitoring system, summarizes and analyzes the construction of the current air quality monitoring in major problems and a new generation of air quality monitoring system in difficulty, proposed and implemented a set of Urban air quality network monitoring systems lighting node wireless sensor networks. The system uses lighting node wireless network to solve the cost problem and the positioning accuracy sensor nodes cover a large area, to achieve the status of urban air quality in real-time alarm, contamination occurred positioning and other functions. The system also uses the latest monitoring system plus cloud platform interface design, breaking the closed design of the traditional system of Internet of things, so that the air quality data that can be better utilized.
