But the current situation of China’s market is not optimistic,many women can’t buy maternity clothes for their body. So it is very important to strengthen the professional research of pregnant women body, grasp the accuracy of the human body, and improve the fit of clothing.This topic involves late pregnancy women in the areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as the research objects, drawing on previous studies based on specific research work.The specific content is as follows:First, with Martin measuring instrument with tape measure and weight measurement instrument, this paper makes 250 random 25-35 years old, the late pregnancy women (mean 7 to 10 months of pregnancy, that after 28 weeks of pregnancy) in the areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang measured to achieve the size and weight data needed for the garment, use of digital camera to take pictures of the pregnant form recording side.With the required characteristic data of the elderly, the paper makes use of SPSS 19 statistics system to analysis.And then through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis method, it is to gain the difference between the variables, intermediate,and their correlation,etc.Second,the longitudinal direction, the direction of circumference, width direction and thickness direction data of the late pregnancy women are conducted a detailed analysis. Experiments show that the longitudinal direction is the biggest factor affecting maternal body, Girth measure between hip, waist, abdominal and chest has close relationship.Then, through regression analysis, the bust and waist circumference, hip circumference, middle hip circumference, abdominal circumference etc.is calculated.The third,principal component analysis was carried out on the measured data, and it is concluded the four components related to the body type of pregnancy women:trunk circumference factor, the length factor, thickness factor, width factor. According to the contribution of the characteristics of index, correlation coefficient is used to determine the main control variables:height, bust, waist, abdomen, hip circumference and middle hip circumference.Fourth, size classification:based on the maternal side of the morphology of the human body’s breakdown, the Experiments show that the measured body samples covers F2B1,F2B2, F2B3,F3B1,F3B2,F3B3 six kinds of body. And,according to the abdomen, buttocks shape to classify pregnant women body; it shows that the proportion of convex belly body, protruding buttocks body is large.Fifth, according to the variable frequency distributions, with Height, Waist Girth, Hip Girth, Middle-hip Girth, Stomach Girth as the control variables, the pregnancy period for 7-8 months (M1),8-9 months (M2), more than 9 months (M3) in late pregnancy women is determined separately.At the same time, it summarizes four sizes and types:5·4M1,5·4M2, 5·4M3Sixth, the intermediate accounting for the total sample data the largest proportion of the 5·4M2 series as the research object, making women garment prototype by draping, and drawing the pregnant women prototype accounting to the relevant regression equation. And using OptiTex software to 3D fitting, through the verification to test the fitness of clothing prototype.This paper studies could enrich the national figure database in different regions, strengthen the shape theory of gestational women, provide a reference to develop appropriate industry standards in the future, and it provides guidance for the design of maternity clothing sizes of the formulation, revision and subdivision in the actual production.
