Investigation On The Current Situation Of Sewage Treatment In Medical Institutions Of Kunshan City And The Research On Its Treatment Technology

Sewage of medical institutions is infectious, radioactive, toxic and drug resistance and so on., in recent years, the total number of medical institutions, hospital beds, patients increased rapidly with the rapid growth of sewage. at present our country has already put into use the medical institution sewage treatment facilities in the sewage pollution control has played a positive role, however, there are many problems such as low efficiency, low level of treatment, poor management and no comprehensive consideration of ecological and environmental security.In order to understand the sewage treatment, discharge status and the waste water treatment station of Kunshan City, this paper takes 30 different size hospitals as the research object, using field investigation and data access methods. We access 540 related monitoring reports of these hospitals by Kunshan Disease Control centers from 2012~2014 years, statistical analysis of relevant data, and do the research on the new technology of sewage, sludge and waste gas treatment in medical institutions domestically and foreign development.Survey results show the total qualified rate of the medical institution sewage detection in Kunshan 2012~2014 is 91.11%, the qualified rate of wastewater treatment in different medical institutions is from high to low, followed by municipal hospitals, community hospitals, private hospitals, and the operation rate of the wastewater treatment facilities is 83.33%, by chlorination, the chlorine dioxide method and using chlorate method rate respectively is 72%, 28%, treatment of hospital sewage major projects exceeding total residual chlorine, fecal coliform bacteria number and private hospital treatment after detected in the effluent of the qualified rate is lower than in urban and rural community hospital, the sludge treatment rate of 30 medical institutions was 43.33%, the treatment method is based on the traditional lime disinfection and aerobic composting, the different nature of hospital sludge treatment rate from high to low in turn for the municipal hospital, township community hospitals, private hospitals, medical institutions for the sewage treatment system has not been enough attention, the relevant management system is not perfect, the lack of special management.
