With the development of medical science and the popularization of disposable utensils and the increasing number of medical wastes,the current medical garbage collection is mainly used by manual registration in the process of handover and transportation.There are no third parties involved in the process of handover.The medical garbage collection can only be supervised by the medical institutions and the garbage collection agencies on the paper signature information.Therefore,in the process of handover and transportation of medical garbage,it is not effective to prevent medical waste from being lost or illegally recovered.On the background of the problems existing in the handover link of medical garbage collection and treatment in a certain place,this paper first analyzes the requirements and related technologies of the monitoring system,combines hard and hard,and designs a scheme to supervise the handover process in medical garbage collection and treatment,and gives the overall framework of the system and the concrete hardware solution.The function module of the case and software is designed and realized on the automatic collection of medical garbage information,the upper computer monitoring subroutine,the two dimensional code management subroutine,the video processing program of the medical garbage transfer site and the real-time data communication program with the hardware.Through the actual test,the hardware equipment communication is normal,the data transmission is real-time,the system runs reliably,and it can meet the needs of the medical garbage collection and treatment supervision.It can meet the paperless,transparency and traceability requirements of the future medical garbage collection and treatment process,and has certain application and promotion value.
