This study examines Yanshan county of Yunnan province to produce smoke zone baking technology present situation, the system analysis of the different baking yellowing time advantages and existing problems of baking process, comprehensive evaluation optimal yellowing time impact on the quality of flue-cured tobacco, reference experience and advanced provinces and cities similar test in developed countries and the latest research results, put forward the best yellow time, to provide technical reference for the local baking process. Upper leaves after prolonged yellowing can significantly improve roast tobacco leaf total nitrogen content, prolonged yellowing of nicotine, starch content, or the ratio of high and low impact is not big, extended appropriately yellowing time can significantly reduce the content of chlorine, the yellow long potassium content increase; T2, the optimum processing sugar alkali ratio lowest long yellow time T4 ratio can significantly increase the flammability of upper leaves, comprehensive chemical characteristics of each index in T2 processing after the tobacco baking optimal effect.4 Different yellowing time impact on the content of neutral aroma of roasted tobacconeophytadiene content between Central 1348.62-1425.30ug/g, T1, T2, CK neophytadiene was significantly higher than T3, T4, which is due to T3, T4 cause yellowing prolonged excessive consumption of tobacco inclusions cause; phenylalanine content of T2 was significantly higher than other treatments; yellowing between different treatments browning reaction time, carotenoid content was no significant difference, indicating that the time be extended yellow little effect on its content; T1, T2 processing CYPRESS alkanes were significantly higher than that, there was no significant difference between the two, indicating that an appropriate extension of time can significantly improve the yellowing tobacco CYPRESS alkanes content after roast; T1, T2 handle total aroma significantly higher, T3, T4 treatment aroma total was significantly lower than the control group, suggesting that with the extension of yellowing after time after roast aroma within the total tobacco was first increased and then decreased shows yellowing long time is not conducive to improving the total neutral aroma substances, each indicator integrated with T2 treatment aroma of tobacco roast optimal effect.Upper leaves neophytadiene content between 1188.38-1215.00ug/g, T1, T2, CK neophytadiene was significantly higher than T3, T4, which is also the law of the middle lobe similar performance; phenylalanine content also T2 was significantly higher than other treatments, no significant differences between the other treatments; yellowing between different treatments browning reaction time, carotenoid content was no significant difference, indicating little effect on the extension of yellow time content; T2 processing CYPRESS alkyl class was significantly higher than other groups, T4 treatment CYPRESS alkanes minimum content, no significant differences between the other, indicating that for the purposes of an appropriate extension of the middle leaves turn yellow time can significantly improve the content of tobacco CYPRESS alkanes after baking, but the yellow time CYPRESS not conducive to the accumulation of long alkane content; T1 treatment aroma total significantly higher than other groups, T3, T4 treatment aroma total was significantly lower than the control group, T1 processing neutral aroma is slightly higher than the total amount of control, the difference was not significant, suggesting that with the extension of time after the grilled yellow aroma within the total tobacco increased first decreased, indicating that yellow is not conducive to the long time increase the total aroma substances, each indicator integrated with T2 treatment aroma of tobacco roast optimal effect.5 Different yellowing time impact on baking tobacco cost and energy consumptionMiddle leaves turn yellow in different time after baking, with T2 after baking the highest average price, T2 compared the average price increased by 10.94%, and also to T2 minimum average cost in energy consumption, down 3.31% compared with CK, the comprehensive economic benefits to T2 optimal.Upper leaves under different smoke density after baking, has a better on average T4, T4 average price increased by 4.14% compared with CK, the lowest average cost to T2 on energy consumption, down 5.23% compared with CK, the comprehensive economic benefits to T2 optimal.Taken together extended yellow long 12 h is the most suitable for middle leaves and upper leaves turn yellow time.
