This study investigated Ningxiang County tobacco production regions baking process status, analysis county mounted smoke density advantages of different conditions and problems evaluations loading density on quality of flue-cured tobacco, reference and reference similar tests developed and advanced cities of experience and the latest research results propose the best fitted smoke density for the local baking process to provide technical reference. Loading Density:T1(58.73kg/m3)、T2(53.31kg/m3)、T3(68.50kg/m3). T4(62.85kg/m3)、CK (56.11kg/m3),The main results are as follows:1.mounted smoke density of different temperature and humidity changes, and tobacco barn moisture dynamic variation.In curing process of middle leaves at different loading densities, the dynamic changes of water temperature and humidity changes of53.31kg/m3with difference in CK (56.11kg/m3); upper leaf density at different loading tobacco curing process,68.50kg/m3tobacco moisture dynamics differed with CK bigger, the other smaller differences with CK.2.Different Loading Density on Cured Tobacco impact on the quality and appearance of physical indicators.Three-baking process in dense barn, different Loading Density on tobacco leaf thickness, equilibrium moisture content, stem ratio, leaf weight and other physical indicators of quality has a great impact. Central loading tobacco leaves at different densities after baking53.31kg/m3leaf quality heavy small combustion and optimum filling power, stem ratio lower equilibrium moisture content and leaf thickness, and the lowest coefficient of variation of the indicators, the appearance quality comprehensive Rated in the physical properties or appearance quality results are optimum; upper leaf mounted smoke density at different baking process after62.85kg/m3treatment on physical traits and appearance best quality results.3Different Loading Density on cured leaf chemical composition.Chemical components of tobacco, including total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, chlorine, starch, potassium, etc. The content of each chemical component has a great influence the quality of tobacco, in a certain range of total sugar, reducing sugar the higher the better, total nitrogen, nicotine content is moderate, starch, chlorine content as low as possible, potassium content the higher the better. Central leaf smoke density at different loading after baking53.31kg/m3,68.50kg/m3chemical composition compared to coordination; upper leaves under different loading density of smoke after baking chemical composition compared to62.85kg/m3coordination.4Different Loading Density on cured leaf economic traits.Economic traits related to the farmers’income, only farmers a stable income; the industry can be sustained and healthy development. Hierarchical structure and price determines economic traits, comprehensive analysis can be seen in the central leaf tobacco ratio of53.31kg/m3and upper-middle price was significantly higher than other treatments, economic optimum; upper leaves to62.85kg/m3comprehensive economic optimum.53.31kg/m3is a comprehensive look at the most suitable dress of middle leaf loading density;62.85kg/m3is the most suitable dress of upper leaf loading density.
