With the rapid development of China’s economy, the environmental problems are getting worse. Cleaner production is to achieve the reduction of pollutants improving the most direct and effective way to use resources and energy efficiency is an important measure to achieve emission reduction targets, but also to achieve environmental benefits and economic unity, to achieve sustainable development of the best selection. So, cleaner production has important implications for the rapid development of lithium contradictions and environmental protection industries,In this paper, based on the specific audit practice cleaner production audit pilot enterprises in Sichuan a cleaner production audit lithium industry companies were studied. On the basis of cleaner production, cleaner production audit mode to the center, the use of cleaner production theory, from raw materials, products, technology, equipment, process control, waste characteristics, quality of staff, management and other aspects of the company’s production process analysis and evaluation, for reasons of waste generated each design appropriate cleaner production program, including the no/low cost programs and medium/high fee program, exploring how the theory of cleaner production and cleaner production audit general program audit process industry companies with lithium better integration, propose and implement cleaner production program, an audit of the company to achieve the best performance, but do not produce waste to reduce or purpose.In this paper, the main results of lithium industry’s cleaner production audit study are as follows:1.Based on the original Universal cleaner production audit procedures and methods, its complement, refine and improve, to establish a cleaner production audit procedures and methods applicable to the company’s lithium industry.2.Through advocacy, field measurement, comprehensive index evaluation, audit team evaluation, objectively and accurately determine the company’s overall level of clean production, and analysis to determine the company’s existing processes, pollution control measures, operating equipment, the company management, staff quality, product quality and other clean production levels.3.Through this cleaner production audit, were screened out cleaner production program 26, which no/low cost programs 19, medium/high fee scheme 7. During the audit of the implementation of cleaner production program 17, to bring economic benefits annually 2,398,000 yuan, the high cost seven programs bring economic benefits to the enterprise 20.9656 million yuan a year, while reducing the use of fresh water,470,000 m3/a, lower coal consumption 2400t/a, lower power consumption 1,496,000 kw.h/a, to reduce the amount of SO2 produced 18.91/a, the amount of soot produced 70t/a, ash capacity 446/a, to reduce fugitive dust emissions 8.23t/a, mist emission reduction 0.45t/a. With the implementation of cleaner production business continuity plan, companies will get more environmental and economic benefits.4.Effectively evaluate the lithium industry cleaner production company, effectively supervise clean production and implementation of cleaner production for the company to provide a clear goal-oriented action, to motivate companies to actively carry out cleaner production, improve the quality and skills of workers, increase employee participation in corporate governance initiative.
