Case Study And Analysis Of Cleaner Production Audit In Cement Industry

Cement industry is the basic industry in China,which is closely related to people's life.But the rapid development of cement industry is accompanied by a series of problems,including serious environmental pollution,different product quality,high energy consumption,backward production technology and so on.These problems lead to increasing pressure on cement enterprises.Cleaner production is a new strategy of pollution prevention and control,which can solve the problems in the cement industry and promote sustainable development.Therefore,it has great practical significance to carry out cleaner production audit in cement enterprises.This paper took the case study and analysis of cleaner production audit in cement industry.The case enterprise was Liaoyang Qianshan Cement limited liability company.Firstly,through the investigation on current situation of Qianshan,we determined the focus of the cleaner production audit for raw material preparing system,firing system and making system.And set six short term and long term goals of cleaner production for audit focus.The cleaner production goals were comparable comprehensive energy consumption of cement,comparable comprehensive power consumption of cement,unit coal consumption of clinker,unit power consumption of clinker,comparable comprehensive coal consumption of clinker and unit NOx emission of clinker.Secondly,draw material balance charts of the three audit focuses and water balance diagrams of the enterprise through the investigation data,in order to find the points of material loss and analysis the causes of waste.We found that dust pollution of enterprise was serious and proposed two middle and high cost projects aiming at this problem,including dust disposal of 1 stage packing machine and13-16# cement base top dust transformation.In order to reduce power consumption and save energy,we proposed a middle and high cost project of air compressor frequency control.In order to reduce ammonia consumption and save resources,we proposed a middle and high cost project of technical transformation for 5000 wire denitration system.Making technical,environmental and economic evaluation,theconclusion was that the four middle and high cost projects are all feasible.Finally,in order to make the long-term cleaner production in the enterprise,the sustainable cleaner production plan of Qianshan Cement was formulated.The current round of cleaner production audit produced a total of 36 programs.To the end of the audit,the enterprise had implemented 33 cleaner production programs,including 32 no and low cost projects,1 middle and high cost projects.At the end of the current round of cleaner production,the enterprise had completed all of short-term cleaner production audit objectives.Power consumption of the enterprise reduced 165.6 × 104 kW·h.The amount of generating capacity increased 47.03 × 104kW·h.The amount of coal consumption reduced 21170.57 t.The amount of cement waste reduced 160 t.The amount of dust production reduced 644.72 t.The amount of dust emission reduced 63.59 t.The amount of dust recovery increased 433 t.The amount of SO2 emission reduced 29.87 t.The amount of NOx emission reduced391.44 t.The amount of slag production reduced 746.86 t.The amount of heat loss reduced 20?.The amount of clinker output increased 4330 t.The amount of capacity increased 10 t/h.The breakage rate of woven bags decreased from 3.2‰ to 2.1‰.Qianshan Cement realized economic benefits of 201.13 × 104 yuan per year.It could be seen that the enterprise had achieved the unification of environmental,economic and social benefits.In order to analyze the cleaner production methods in cement industry,this paper took the four common problems concerning large consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,high energy consumption,backward technology and large amount of pollutant emissions as the foothold,basing on cleaner production audit practice of Liaoyang Qianshan Cement limited liability company and the survey of the same industry.This paper summed up four major aspects of the cement industry to consider in the clean production process,for the rational use of raw materials,rational use of energy,upgrading of equipment and optimization of process control and pollution reduction,respectively.And in every aspect,the technology and methods were provided for reference to offer ideas and technical support for the implementation of cleaner production audit of cement industry.
