Coal-oil co-processing technology is in the 1980’ s research one of the major progress of coal direct liquefaction, can simultaneously solve two big problem in the processing clean efficient conversion and residual coal. Foreign research and development of Coal-oil co-processing, a total of co-processing process are: the HRI catalytic Coal-oil co-processing, a total of two pieces of process; German companies to develop coal liquefaction Pyrosol Coal-oil treatment process; Canadian CANMAT Coal-oil co-processing processing technology; The research and development of domestic main at the laboratory stage, main research unit are: coal science research institute, Chinese academy of sciences of shanxi Mei Hua Suo, east China university of science and technology, etc.This article first cold water Wells in yulin area for refining raw coal, the FCC catalytic slurry oil, DCC slurry oil for refining raw oil, examines the nature of the residual oil change on Coal-oil co-processing process the influence of coal liquefaction performance; Second coal water Wells and elm bay in yulin area for refining raw coal, coal oil were refined with FCC catalytic slurry oil as raw materials, examines the nature of the raw coal change on Coal-oil co-processing process the influence of coal liquefaction performance; In cold water Wells for refining raw coal, coal oil were refined with FCC catalytic slurry oil as raw materials, reaction temperature and hydrogen partial pressure, space velocity, gas liquid ratio, dosage of raw material ratio, catalyst dosage, curing agent on the properties of Coal-oil co-processing were refined process coal liquefaction.Experimental results show that the yulin coal water Wells and yu, extend the DCC refining FCC slurry oil slurry can be used as a Coal-oil co-processing of high quality raw materials; The Y- CCO technology suitable for slurry concentration in the case of Coal-oil co-processing were refined to 30 ~ 35%; yulin coal + the FCC slurry oil or DCC slurry oil suitable reaction conditions in the case of kerosene were refined as follows: reaction temperature 468 ~ 470 ℃, reaction pressure 19.5 MPa, hydrogen purity 85%, airspeed 0.45 ~ 0.55, gas liquid ratio of 1000 ~ 1200, around 60 min of reaction time, hydrogen sulfide purity of 1000 ~ 1500 PPM.
