Today, in the fierce competition, people have paid attention to recovery and utilize energy, which is not cared in the stage of extensive economic growth pattern. Energy saving has been promoted by the whole society.Enterprises have began to change their mind.Enterprises have saved any energy that they can utilize in order to improve economic benefits and competitionIn the context,this thesis is aimed at the problems of steam and steam condensate system in chemical factories, such as utilizing steam,recycling steam condensate and using traps.The author gives some solutions to these problems by the means of analysis,research and calculation.For the problem of unreasonable use of steam,the author gives a suggestion that we can select appropriate turbogenerator by calculating the rich steam amount of first and second-stage construction.This method plans to add a turbogenerator which is driven by the rich steam.It not only utilizes rich steam but also creates economic benefits.At the same time,we can recover condensate of low-pressure steam by adding heat exchanger.It can reduce unnecessary steam emission.In order to solve the problem of condensate accumulated in decreasing temperaturepressure station and uncollected condensate of the steam conduit at decreasing temperature-pressure station nearby, a series of reforms is revised in process technology method, such as adding condensate-collectors, adding recovery pipes, pumps and so on. These reforms constitute a full set of open condensate recovery system.This system recycles the steam condensate that was discharged nearby in the past so as to collect boiler feed water.It can reduce cost of water quantity to boiler.Finally, every trap is checked in our company steam and steam condensate system. Unreasonable traps are added and reformed. Steam and steam condensate system have become reasonable, stable and so on.Liquid shock and leakage have reduced obviously.After the transformation of the above three areas, the steam and steam condensate system in our company have become rational and efficient.These reforms have created good economic benefits.
