COFCO Zhao dongcompany want to in the industry has always been a leader, to carry out detailedmanagement, for enterprises to reduce energy consumption, to achieve the aim ofreducing the production cost, realize the industry leader, so that employees, customers,shareholders value maximization, become a harmonious environment, human healthpromoters.This paper analyzes the steam COFCO Zhao dong company condensationprocess equipment energy saving water system, analysis and optimization of energymanagement for energy management of the company, from the present situation, theuse of energy analysis, the application of energy data analysis and managementinformation system, find out the energy optimization of spatial potential enterprise,use the corresponding engineering means, proposes and measures to optimize theenergy management implementation corresponding; enterprises will reduce energyconsumption, in order to achieve the enterprise’s operating costs, improve companyprofitability and product competition in the market. Energy saving space problemfacing companies is plant condensate water recycling utilization rate is low, powerstation condensate recovery process problems, condensed water flash steam vent, waste heat. Steam condensate system optimization project is in line with the nationaldevelopment and Reform Commission "issued on the1000enterprises energy savingaction implementation plan of the notice" and the Heilongjiang provincialdevelopment and Reform Commission "on the enterprise energy audit report andenergy conservation planning notice" requirements, the hydrophobic seriestransformation, boiler condensate water recovery, reasonable total condensate closedrecycling projects transformation, after transformation can greatly improve the Zhaodong energy, steam condensate water recovery rate significantly increased, flashsteam recycle all the full use of calorific value.Increasing energy consumption and environmental pollution are two problemsplaguing human society, caused the high attention of countries all over the world."Twelfth Five Year Plan"(2011to2015) program said,"to control the total energyconsumption of the Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, greatly reduce the intensity ofenergy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions intensity, effective control ofgreenhouse gas emissions.
