As an indispensable heat source in petrochemical enterprises,steam will produce condensate water after heat exchange in the refining and production of petroleum.But the enterprise often appears the steam and the condensate water together discharge,condensate water without recovery then direct discharge and so on the problem.It not only wastes energy,but also causes environmental pollution.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to it.The research idea of this paper include:The condensate water system of the atmospheric and decompression device in a refinery is old,the steam is discharged together with the condensate water and the condensate water is not recovered adequately.After the analysis and design,research was decided to replace the original traditional hydrophobic device with a high-efficiency and energy-saving hydrophobic device and to install an automatic condensate recovery pump.After analyzing and designing it,this study decided to replace the original traditional steam trap with a high efficiency and energy saving steam trap and to install an automatic condensate recovery pump.In addition,the modification of the reboiler hydrophobic pipeline and heat-accompanying hydrophobic pipeline,and the addition of a new atmospheric pressure main recovery pipeline,jointly realize the unpowered recovery of condensate.The main contents of this paper include: Firstly,120 high-efficiency and energy-saving traps are replaced,the diameter of the naphtha separation tower reboiler drain line is DN65,of the 119 heating lines,62 of them are DN20,and the remaining 57 are DN25.Secondly,the model and caliber of the condensate automatic recovery pump is determined.The caliber is DN80;the diameter of the discharge pipe behind the trap valve of the reboiler equipment of the naphtha separation tower is DN80,and 62 of the119 heating pipeline drain pipes after the trap valve The caliber is DN55,and the remaining 57 are DN60;the caliber of the main recovery pipeline is DN125.The layout and laying principles of recovery pipelines,pipeline materials and connection methods are determined.Finally,the process flow diagram of the steam condensate unpowered recovery system is determined.After the system is put into use,it is expected to recover 70% of the condensed water,and can save about 10% of the steam.After economic benefit analysis,it is estimated that the total investment is 1.506 million yuan and the annual economic benefit is 1.143 million yuan,the payback period is 1.317 years.This not only saves water and fuel,but also protects the environment.In addition,the new condensate recovery system can make the steam and condensate system in the enterprise run more reasonably and efficiently.It has a good economic and social benefits,development prospects considerable.
