A Process Study On Energy-saving And Economization Of Steam-Condensate Water System

Steam condensate was produced by steam exchanging heat during oil refining. Large amount of steam was discharged because steam networks were unreasonably designed and equipments were appropriately chosen. At the same time, condensation water quality could not meet standards due to leaking and corrosion of the devices, which didn't only bring out economic loss but also increased pressure of dealing with sewage. Therefore, it is very important to do well energy-saving work of recovery system of steam condensation water.In this work, we analyzed process equipment circumstance before modifying energy-saving of recovery system of steam condensation water of jinxi petrochemical company. Steam-saving effect was obvious by making reasonable pipe networks and choosing excellent export water equipment; reovery networks of steam condensate was built based on installing automatic pump, which decreased resistance of condensed water refluence under selfpressure and enhanced echoplex effect of condensed water; Finally, surface condensing liquild filter and precise filter were installed on the progress of dealing with condense water in order to improve efficiency of removing iron and oil. By doing so, Condensation water meet quality of boiler water supplying.The modification of steam-condensate circuit has been finished by Nov. 2004. During one year, the branch company saved 35 thousand tons of low pressure steam, recovered 1.12 million tons of condensation water and the water was measured up to the requirement of boiler feed water. It proved that the existing technology was reasonable, simple and safe. The rough estimate of economic effect to steam-condensate circuit has been done in the work and the technology, which will obtain 11.998 million Yuan in a year, will be competitive.
