With the fast development of world economy, energy consumption increases day by day, which is leading the shortage of oil resource, for which the exploitation and utilization of heavy oil have been widespread concerned. At the same time, because the high viscosity of heavy oil, which can not be burned sufficiently in diesel engine, result in high consumption rate and high NO_x levels in flue gas emissions, which pollute environment seriously. Therefore, under the pressure of energy crisis environmental crisis, increasing heavy oil combustion efficiency and reducing the pollutant emissions become a research hotspot. In this paper, using mechanical micro mixing technology produce emulsified heavy oil without additive and research the effect of consumption rate and NO_x levels in flue gas emissions from diesel engine.Firstly, improve the equipment of diesel engine. Because of the high viscosity and poor fluidity of heavy oil, we need to install tracing band on the tube and ensure combustion of heavy oil in diesel engines.Secondly, ensure parameters of diesel engine during combusting. The research studied the rotational speed and injection angle, then whose influence on fuel consumption and exhaust temperature, consequently, ensure the optimal values in the condtion from diesel engine when burning heavy oil. The research showed that, the best parameter is 15 CA of injection angle and 1500 RPM of rotational speed when diesel engine burning heavy oil.Once more, the research studied the influence of water droplet size and ratio of water in watered heavy oil to consumption rate and NO_x levels in flue gas emissions from diesel engine. The research date showed that the water droplet size and ratio of water can both influence NO_x levels in flue gas emissions but consumption rate. When the water droplet size in watered fuel oil reduce, the NO_x levels in flue gas emissions become lower, and NO_x minimum at 3μm of water droplet size; When the ratio of water is 4%, the NO_x levels in flue gas emissions is lowest.At last, the research studied the influence of emulsified heavy oil with different RNO content to consumption rate and NO_x levels in flue gas emissions from diesel engine. The results showed that emulsified heavy oil with RNO can control the production of NO_x and the strength of the inhibition has something to do with the content of RNO. When the content of RNO is 1.2g/L, the strength of the inhibition is biggest, reducing the amount of NO_x levels close to 30%; Compared 0#diesel with RNO with 0#diesel with water and 0#diesel, NO_x levels of the 0#diesel with RNO is lowest, and consumption rate of 0#diese is most.
