People’s living standards and consumption concept continue to improve, not only requires the clothing comfortable, beautiful, also more and more pay attention to health and environmental protection. Clothes made of spandex as high elastic fiber, its soft, comfortable, has a \ "second skin\" of reputation. But traditional dry spinning spandex with solvent residue in the process of production, not only damage to the environment, the residual solvents are harmful to human health. The traditional weft knitted fabric has the characteristics of easy decoherence. When smoked pull on the edge of the yarn fabric, the fabric of the edge will be along the course of inverse knitting direction decoherence, even some fabric along the decoherence in the knitting direction,therefore, when make clothes, traditional weft knitted fabric must be hemming edge; When fabric somewhere in the middle of the yarn breaking, coil will be free from yarn along the longitudinal fracture disposition, under the action of external force, the fabric of the hole will be bigger and bigger, seriously affect the fabric’s appearance and serviceability. Undoubtedly, the appearance of melt spinning spandex brought a kind of comfortable and health f, but also has the decoherence properties of elastic fabric for people.This topic mainly starts with the melt spinning spandex.Then analysis and research the dhesive properties of melt spinning spandex with damp-heat type approval.And a further research on the process of damp-heat type approval and the fabric shearing Angle for the influence of melt spinning spandex fabric against decoherence performance, the concrete research content is as follows:1.Using scanning electron microscopy(sem), observe the longitudinal surface and cross-section of melt spinning spandex, a preliminary understanding of melt spinning spandex structure;2. Type melt spinning spandex and polyamide fiber under different temperature, different time of hot and humid, the specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy(sem), the comparison and analysis of melt spinning spandex and polyamide adhesive properties;3.Test and analysis the elastic recovery performance and tensile fracture performanc of melt spinning spandex which was finalized under the condition of damp and hot, dry conditions or Hot and humid conditions, research finalize the design process on mechanical properties of melt spinning spandex;4. Observe the rough selvedge of melt spinning spandex fabric which was finalized under different conditions and after washing 30 times, analysis to finalize the design process for the influence of meltspinning spandex fabric against decoherence performance;5.Observing the decoherence of melt spinning spandex fabric edge which was cut to different Angle and washed 30 times, research the shear Angle for the influence of melt spinning spandex fabric against decoherence performance.Through a series of research, test,contrast,analysis, and get: under the hot and humid conditions, the shaping temperature is 115℃ to 125℃,and the shaping time is 20 s to 60 s. When the temperature is too low and time is too short, the melt spinning spandex and nylon non adhesive; Temperature is too high and time is too long, the melt spinning spandex was damaged. Compared with without shaped of melt spinning spandex,treated with damp and hot finalize the design of melt spinning spandex elastic recovery rate, stress relaxation rate is reduced, the permanent deformation rate increases, strength, elongation and strength are improved, and the strength and elongation higher than dry and finalize the design of melt spinning spandex. The variation coefficient of each index of damp and hot finalize the design of melt spinning spandex is generally less than dry and finalize the design of melt spinning spandex. Hot finalize the design of melt spinning spandex performance more stable. Under the hot and humid conditions, when the shaping temperature is 125 ℃, The cutting edge of the melt spinning spandex fabric is smooth, and has good performance of preventing decoherence. To properly heat set conditional processing of melt spinning spandex fabric, 0 degrees cutting border decoherence properties at his best, after a long time after washing the edge level off, still no decoherence phenomena appears; With the increase of cutting Angle, the fabric flash phenomenon more and more obvious, slowly mild decoherence phenomenon; When the cutting Angle increases to 90 degrees,phenomenon of melt spinning spandex fabric edge decoherence is most serious.
