Based on the Jining Ruyi Spandex existing production equipment and production technology,the relationship between the parameters of the spandex dry spinning process and the spandex performances is studied.This paper finds out the main parameters affecting the spandex dry spinning performances by changing the parameters of dry spinning process in order to lay the foundation for improving the product quality.The main factors affecting the spandex performances in dry spinning process are analyzed,including the spinning speed,the spinning temperature and the spinning air volume and so on.According to the different product requirements,particularly focusing on the spinning speed,the spinning temperature and the spinning air volume,and the effective balance between the three,this paper chooses the reasonable process parameters to make the dry spinning DMAC solvent evaporation thoroughly,form the good micro phase separation effect,and then improve the spandex performances.Secondly,when making dry spinning process parameters,the attention also should be paid to the stability of the spinning production,safety,and product molding and other factors.At the same time,the winding process parameters have a great influence on the spandex performances.Due to the large limitations of Ruyi Spandex existing polymerization equipment and spinning equipment,thus this paper puts forward the necessity of Jining Ruyi Spandex transformation and upgrading,the basic positioning and the planning;and on the basis of combining with the Ningxia Yinchuan project,this paper puts forward the future Ruyi spandex transformation and upgrading plan,plans newly the Yinchuan Ruyi 120,000 tons of high-performance differential spandex project with new technology,new equipment and new process,and analyzes the new project feasibility and economic benefits.
