With the urbanization process in China and improvement of people’s living standards, organic garbage has become plagued by urbanization and sustainable development as a major problem. In this context, the construction of organic waste treatment station will become the way of social development of its own economic and social prospects. Project feasibility study as an important basis for projects has played an irreplaceable role in the construction of the project, implementation, operation and maintenance.Based on the literature review on project feasibility study, this paper introduced the theoretical framework of feasibility study. It includes the feasibility investigation, analysis and comprehensive evaluation of economic, technological and social comprehensive demonstration of this ecological organic treatment plant. The main text of this paper consists of the part of the basic situation of ecological organic matter treatment station in CP district, as well as the research on the construction scale and location determination of CP ecological treatment plant project. This paper pays attention on the comparison and selection of the technology and also provides some feasible program of the project. On this basis, with a comprehensive evaluation of the economic aspects of the project, technology and the environment and the economic, technical solutions and environmental impaction discusstion in depth the feasibility of the implementation of the project, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the analysis of the economic and social risks that exist on the project. The project economic risk management, the paper argues that the project should primarily strengthen franchising risk control, the use of the use of advanced production technology and advanced project management techniques in order to avoid the risk of the project. For the social risk management, the paper argues that the project should improve the transparency of information and public oversight mechanisms, introduce organic eco-station project evaluation mechanism of ecological environment, use advanced technology to avoid environmental risks organic processing and the like. Finally the conclusion part, the comprehensive evaluation on this project is that the project is economically viable, technologically advanced with a more positive meaning on the aspect of social environment. The deficiencies of the paper is that we still need to continue to strengthen the risk management and control of the whole process, strengthen technology to optimize the project and improve the management level, to strengthen the transparency of the construction project to reduce project costs, avoid social disputes and require more economic and social value.
