Since the 21st century,the world energy situation is facing with enormous challenges, How to solve this problem has become a common topic of all mankind.In recent years, research mainly focused on maximizing energy utilization and development of new energy sources, This study is conducted in this background. Because of building energy consumption has become the most important form of energy consumption, the proportion has been as high as 50% above, if we can reduce the unnecessary energy loss so will naturally increase the energy utilization.The purpose of this research is to study a kind of lightweight insulation composite materials, which will introduce low dosage of sugar and diatomite filter mud.This product has the advantage of light quality, density is small, not bibulous, high porosity and good mechanical properties,The most important is to have good insulation characteristics.Cement, slag, fly ash, sugar filter mud, diatomite, hydrogen peroxide were used in the study.The main research method is through the study of cement, slag, fly ash, sugar, filter mud, the composition of diatomite to find the best mixing proportion, and under the action of hydrogen peroxide solution foaming agent to make the product into a hole.Ultimately determine the cement, slag, fly ash, diatomite, sugar, filter mud quality percentage is:56.7%, 24.3%,9%,5%,9%, Water material mass ratio of 1.125:1, quality volume mixture and hydrogen peroxide as follows:22.86:1. Hybrid methods to various ingredients then 8 h ball grinding process, the product maintenance methods in the late of natural conditions and water curing.Finally using the Archimedes principle measured the density of the product is 0.293* 103 kg/m3, the bulk density is 4174.7 N/m3, the porosity of 73.8%;Using the universal testing machine 7d compressive strength of the product have been measured at 3.891 Mpa,18d compressive strength is 4.670 Mpa,7d flexural strength is 0.1.956 Mpa,18d flexural strength is 2.302 Mpa.Scanning electron microscopy (sem) analysis shows that the pore uniformity of the product, the surface pore forming effect is good; By XRD analysis, raw materials between a series of chemical reactions, Generated the hydrated calcium aluminate, hydrated calcium ferrite, hydrated calcium silicate, such as material, it provide the basis for increases with the increment of the strength of the product.
