With the rapid development of urbanization in china,building energy consumption has attracted more and more attention.Building energy saving is an important way to reduce energy consumption expenditure.The implementation of building energy saving can effectively alleviate energy crisis and improve the ecological environment.Therefore,the preparation of excellent thermal insulation materials is of great significance for building energy efficiency.Although remarkable achievements have been made in the research of thermal insulation wall materials,there are still some problems in practical application,and further research is needed to improve its performance.In this paper,the influence of expanded perlite and glass fiber on the properties of expanded perlite thermal insulation mortar was studied.The internal structure of expanded perlite thermal insulation mortar was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the optimum proportion of expanded perlite thermal insulation mortar was determined.By studying the influence factors of polystyrene particle content and glass fiber on the properties of polystyrene insulation mortar,the optimum mix ratio of polystyrene insulation mortar was obtained.The influence of the amount of cement,EVA emulsion and magnesium hydroxide on the main performance indexes of polystyrene insulation mortar flame retardant coating board was studied.The best theoretical ratio of polystyrene insulation mortar flame retardant coating board was obtained by orthogonal test design.The results show that the proportion of thermal insulation mortar prepared from expanded perlite is as follows: based on the amount of cement(100 g),the amount of other materials is calculated by the percentage of cement quality,the content of expanded perlite,glass fiber,cellulose,water reducing agent and acrylic acid is divided into 1.0 %,0.02 %,0.01 %,0.05 %,0.1 %;The optimum dosage of polystyrene insulation mortar is as follows: based on the cement dosage(100 g),the content of polystyrene particles,glass fiber,cellulose,water reducing agent and acrylic acid is divided into 1.50 %,2.0 %,1.0 %,2.0 %,20 %.Through orthogonal test,the best theoretical ratio of polystyrene insulation mortar flame retardant coating plate coating is: EVA 10 %,magnesium hydroxide 10 %,portland cement 28.5 %,filler 31%,mixing water 25 %,water reducing agent 1 %.Through research,the application property of expanded perlite thermal insulation mortar and polystyrene thermal insulation mortar is improved,and the fire resistance of polystyrene insulation mortar flame retardant coating board is reinforced.
