Aiming at the problems of billet mark equipment exist low identification accuracy, poor stability, high cost and low efficiency etc, on this background, the article applied the advanced mechanical design technology, computer control technology and servo control technology to research and develop of new billet marking equipment of high precision and reliability which can satisfied the iron and steel enterprises production and demand. The main works of the article are as follows:1. Introduce the domestic and foreign current development of hot steel billet mark equipment, the trend of development and the application in the field of billet identification. Combined with the mark equipment working environment, technical index and technological process, from the mechanical motion system and electrical control system propose the overall design scheme of the mark system.2. According to the principle of design scheme, completed the hardware design with delta PLC as the core of electrical control system, including the selection of equipment and draw the electrical principle diagram. Through analysis the power supply environment and the electromagnetic interference, determining the electromagnetic compatibility of power supply system and the principle of design grounding system.3. According to the working principle of marking device, design of control program based on PLC and the touch screen interface. Completed the design of the PC monitoring program, using the King view software to design of the relent picture on the monitoring system, through the monitoring picture can be real-time monitoring of running state of the equipment on site identification, giving the fault alarm which is can convenient to the operation maintenance of the equipment.4. The PLC control system of motor function parameters is optimized to make the character more smooth trajectory. By means of the Panasonic PANATERM software carry out parameter optimization of gain of servo drive, improving the speed accuracy and stability of servo control system. Analyzed the error source control system confirmed the optimal origin regression mode.
