Research On The Spray Marking System Of Cold Wheel Steel Billet

In the iron and steel enterprises,steel billet marking equipment is one of key necessary equipment.In order to facilitate the production management and quality management of steel products,it usually needs to encode steel billets for production,which will mark heat number,steel type,round steel billet batch number,serial number,round steel billet diameter,sawing machine number and its operator's name on steel billet surface to avoid mixing phenomenon.When steel billet quality has some problems,the problem chain can be found in time according to these identification marks,which can solve these problems effectively and immediately.First,this thesis depend on the actual production procedures and functional requirements of the wheel sawing preparation,the overall design scheme and structure of cold steel wheel steel billet mark identification system is designed,and the system working principle has also been determined.Second,according to the identified technical program established the system hardware,the ink-jet printer is commanded by using the site sawing machine PLC to achieve mark steel billets.Based on the PROFIBUS-DP and RS-232 communication way,real-time communication of ink jet printer,PC and site sawing machine PLC is realized,which completes feedback of the bar code sending and printing results.Third,using the SQL server database technique,which founded the connection of local server and remote server,realized receiving,storage and completed plan uploading of steel billet waiting for sawing project.At last,based on force Control 7 configuration technology,using gallery,dynamic picture connection and background component function to develop humanized man-machine interface to achieve access to local PC SQL server database information,real-time monitoring on the scene saw PLC and workers on-site operation.The system has been successfully applied to the safety production of enterprises through debugging,and according to the actual production situation,it shows that the system operation has a high stability and improves the degree of automation production,which laid the foundation for the later development of steel billet recognition system,and it has a great significance to achieve the traceability for quality of wheel products.
