The Heilongjiang Province 1965-2014 average annual temperature, precipitation, wind speed and relative humidity and other meteorological data, in 1965-2014, Heilongjiang Province, the main crop(rice, corn, soybean and wheat) yield data as the foundation, through the collation of data. Calculation and analysis, the trend analysis method, Kriging spatial interpolation method research of Heilongjiang Province, climate change, haze weather cha nges, straw burning trend of variation; draws a conclusion that the meteorological factor, straw burning the relationship between quantity and haze weather, in order to cope with the Heilongjiang Province haze weather provide reasonable suggestions. Research results show that:(1)In 1965-2014 of Heilongjiang Province, the annual average temperature has increased significantly, the increasing rate of 0.38℃/10 a, the annual average temperature stability in the basic﹣4.5-6.0℃. Increased gradually from north to south. The average annual precipitation trend is not very obvious, the rising rate is11.13mm/10 a, the average annual precipitation is basically stable in the 350-650 mm. showed that the central high, low, and higher than those in the form of 1965-2014 in Heilongjiang province. The annual average wind speed decreased significantly, the rising rate is 0.26m/s/10 a annual decline of about 0.026m/s, the average annual wind speed fluctuation between 2.4m/s-3.7m/s. Showing a decreasing from the center to the north and south sides, symmetrical distribution and high low north and south of Heilongjiang Province in 1965-2014. The relative humidity is rising, rising speed The average annual relative humidity is 0.18%/10 a, annual average relative humidity between 62% and 70%.(2)The annual average main crop straw burning amount of 1965-2014 in Heilongjiang province is very obvious, with an average annual increase of more than tons per year. After entering in 21 Century, the crop straw burning amount is significantly higher than that of crop straw burning for many years.(3)In 1965-2014 of Heilongjiang province haze days showed an upward trend, rising rate is 0.66d/10 a, the average annual haze days fluctuated between 25-31 d. The overall distribution was middle high and low around, "Harbin Jiamusi area" as the center outward radiation decreased gradually, and the South higher than North haze in Heilongjiang province most of the form. For mild and moderate haze, the haze weather in Heilongjiang and accounted for about 80%, incl uding mild haze accounted for 48%, nearly half, moderate haze accounted for 29%; heavy haze accounted for 8%, severe haze is about twice as heavy haze, reached 15%. overall, Heilongjiang province with mild and moderate haze haze haze, not very serious. Fro m the seasonal distribution, Heilongjiang province 1965-2014 haze days in spring and summer autumn and winter is less. From the point of view of the number of haze days and haze species in autumn and winter than in spring and summer more serious. This autumn and winter temperature inversion phenomenon, straw burning, coal-fired heating have a certain relationship.(4)In 1965-2014 of Heilongjiang province haze weather changes by air temperature, wind speed, the amount of straw burning effect. The correlation coefficient of haze and temperature was 0.484, with climate change warm weather phenomenon of climate warming impact of haze weather in Heilongjiang province and increased obviously. No matter from the days of haze weather or types, autumn and winter than in spring and summer is more serious, it has a certain relationship with Heilongjiang province in autumn and winter multiple inversion phenomenon. The correlation coefficient of haze weather and wind speed is-0.848, showed a significant negative correlation between the two. The wind speed is small, the pollutants are more easy to spread, easy the formation of haze. The correlation coefficient of haze and straw burning volume 0.829, showed a significant positive correlation among the two, straw burning wil l produce large amounts of pollutants accumulated in the low altitude, and the near surface temperature inversion, static wind and other extreme weather conditions, the common guide Caused by severe haze, and lasted for a long time. Overall, Heilongjiang Province haze weather and extreme weather conditions, autumn seedbed preparation during the burning of straw, coal-fired heating and urbanization accelerate have certain relationship.(5)To strengthen the agricultural straw comprehensive utilization increas e energy utilization of crop straw and actively respond to climate change to alleviate the pressure of urbanization, strengthen the legal restraint mechanism to improve public participation, improve the governance haze fiscal, taxation and financial system, actively respond to climate change, increase of atmospheric pollution management, effective control of haze pollution provides an effective means, which is to promote sound and rapid development of the urbanization is the only way.
