Research On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Residents Burning Corn Straw Behavior In Jilin Province

Crop straw is an important biomass resource.Straw burning not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment,which seriously threatens the rural ecological security.China’s central government attaches great importance to the treatment of straw burning,and vigorously promotes the utilization of crop straw resources.As China’s commodity grain base,the comprehensive utilization rate of crop straw resources in Jilin Province is constantly improving,but some of the straw is still burned or discarded in the open air,and the comprehensive utilization rate of crop straw has not reached the ideal value.To explore the influencing factors of straw burning behavior of rural residents in Jilin Province can provide theoretical reference for the improvement of the governance level of straw burning behavior of governments at all levels in Jilin Province,help to further reduce the open-air burning behavior of straw,promote the utilization of straw resources,and improve the rural ecological environment.Based on the theory of planned behavior,sustainable development and externality,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and binary logistic regression analysis to explore the current situation and influencing factors of corn stalk burning behavior of rural residents in Jilin Province.First of all,through the use of literature,we learned the current situation of corn straw output and treatment in Jilin Province.In 2018,the corn output of Jilin Province was 27.9988 million tons,accounting for 66.80% of the total crop output,mainly distributed in the central region,followed by the western region.Jilin Province has formulated three management modes of straw removal,no burning and planned burning,and the proportion of burning straw is gradually decreasing,but the proportion of burning straw is increasing The absolute number is still large,and the utilization rate of straw "five modernizations" reached74.58% in 2018.Secondly,the questionnaire was designed to carry out the survey.In Changchun City,Jilin City,Siping City and Liaoyuan City of Jilin Province,10 key corn planting villages and towns were investigated by questionnaire,and the data were obtained for implementation research.It was found that the rural residents’ straw burning behavior in Jilin Province has established straw resource utilization and guidance in villages,and issued manuals,the number of straw storage and comprehensive treatment plants near villages,and whether there are straw storage and other institutions There are significant differences in the contact with the straw in the hands of farmers and whether the villages regularly hold mobilization meetings or publicity activities.Third,empirical analysis.Taking the household straw burning behavior of rural residents in Jilin Province as the dependent variable,drawing on the research results and the conclusions of cross analysis,this paper selects independent variables and constructs a binary logistic regression analysis model.The analysis results show that whether changing the burning of straw will increase the burden has a significant positive impact on the household straw burning behavior in Jilin Province;the impact of burning straw on the living environment,the living environment and the living environment Whether they are willing to learn different ways of straw resource utilization,whether the village has established straw resource utilization and guidance and issued manuals,the number of straw storage and comprehensive treatment plants in the village,whether there are straw storage and other institutions to contact the farmers,whether the village will hold straw resource utilization mobilization meetings or publicity activities on a regular basis,as well as gender and annual household income,are significant However,the other independent variables have no significant effect.Fourth,according to the results of empirical analysis,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as improving farmers’ cognition of straw disposal behavior,improving rural residents’ household income level,improving the development level of straw recycling and comprehensive utilization industry,and improving the management mechanism of straw burning behavior of relevant government departments.
