Polyurethane (PU) synthetic leather is a composite material constituted by PU coating and base fabric, which can be used as a substitute for natural leather. Since the production process of PU synthetic leather uses a large amount of organic solvent, not only pollute the environment, but also the finished product will have residual solvent. In recent years, research on PU synthetic leather cleaner production technology has become the mainstream, and the solvent-free casting polyurethane (CPU) synthetic leather based on the RIM has become a hot topic in this field. This thesis is based on the environmental requirements and the needs of industrialized production, and this paper systematically studies the preparation technology and the performance of CPU synthetic leather.And the industrial production had been realized in Shanghai lansheng green material technology co. Ltd. The main contents and results are as follows:In this paper, CPU foam coating was prepared by using the liquefied MDI and polyester polyol C1120 as the main raw material, DH-067 as catalyst. And the effect of reaction index (R value) on structure and properties of CPU foam coating was studied carefully. The results showed that the R value has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of CPU foam coating; and the overall performance of CPU foam coating is better when the R value is 1.1; SEM analysis showed that the opening rate of CPU foam coating will be improved when the R value increases, which will improve health performance; FTIR analysis showed that the preparation of CPU foaming coating follows the reaction law of polyurethane.In this paper, CPU foam coating was prepared by using liquefied MDI and polymer polyols as the main raw material, DH-067 as catalyst, LM2003 as foam stabilizer. And the amount of foam stabilizer on structure and properties of CPU foam coating was studied carefully. The results showed that foam stabilizer has a good regulation for cell structure of CPU foam coating, and can make the amount and size of cell uniform, and can effectively improve the mechanical performance and health performance of the CPU foam coating, and make it feel good; The results showed that the overall performance of CPU foam coating is better when the amount of foam stabilizer LM2003 is 1%.In this paper, CPU foam coating was prepared by using liquefied MDI and polymer polyols as the main raw material, DH-067 as catalyst, LM2003 as foam stabilizer. And the effect of fillers on structure and properties of CPU foam coating was studied carefully. The results showed that the appropriate amount of filler can improve the mechanical performance of the CPU foam coating; The better dispersion of filler in material the better of its mechanical properties, and the distribution and size of the cell more uniform. The results showed that the best filler is precipitated calcium carbonate, and the overall performance of CPU foam coating is better when the amount of precipitated calcium carbonate is 30%.In this paper, CPU foam coating was prepared by using liquefied MDI and polymer polyols as the main raw material, DH-067 as catalyst, LM2003 as foam stabilizer,light calcium carbonate as filler, organic fluorine resin emulsion TGI001 as the hydrolysis modifier. And the hydrolysis resistance on structure and properties of CPU foam coating was studied carefully. The results showed that the organic fluorine resin emulsion TG1001 can well improve the hydrolysis resistance of the CPU foam coating, and adjust surface tension of the raw material, so that the cell diameter will become small to improve the CPU characteristics and mechanical properties. The results showed that the hydrolysis resistance of CPU foam coating is best when the dosage of organic fluorine resin emulsion TGI001 is 0.1%.In this paper, CPU foam coating was prepared by using liquefied MDI and different kinds of polyols as the main raw material, DH-067 as catalyst, LM2003 as foam stabilizer,light calcium carbonate as filler. And the effects of different types of polymeric polyol on structure and performance of CPU foam coating was studied carefully. The results showed that the mechanical properties of polycarbonate type CPU foam coating is optimal, and polyether type CPU foam coating is the worst; by scanning sem photographs we found that the bubbles of polyester type CPU foam coating are mostly through-hole which make the foam coating has good health performance.The thesis has designed two painted four baked production line based on the study results. The entire production line includes casting feeding system, roll coating systems and half-dry laminating systems. The manufacturing technique of CPU synthetic leather had been optimized based on a large number of production line experiments in Shanghai lansheng green material Technology Co., Ltd. The product has achieved industrialization pilot production and reached A grade quality standard of the company.In summary, the research results of CPU synthetic leather have provided a new process method and theoretical basis and a new solution to the cleaner production of the polyurethane synthetic leather.
