With the rapid development of breeding in China, it enriches people’s table and increases people’s income in poor areas. But because most of the farming household environment protection consciousness is weak, coupled with the difficult breeding waste-water treatment, the high cost, the current waste-water has not been properly treatment, causing the environment being polluted seriously. In this article, through investigation and literature reviewing, based on the analysis of the characteristics of all kinds of high concentration organic waste-water treatment process, this article tries to study and put forward feasible solutions for small-sized piggery of waste-water treatment.Firstly, this article researches several small-sized piggery to grasp this firms production and operation status, geography and ecology condition, the breeding waste-water treatment. And a certain small-sized piggery has been carried on the detailed research and analysis.Through access to relevant literature of traditional breeding waste-water, treatment process is analyzed and compared. This article deems there are many kinds of breeding waste-water treatment process at present, but breeding waste-water treatment cost is too high to burden for piggery firms. If achieving better effect on breeding waste-water, it lead to its business unsustainable. To better solve the problem of piggery waste-water treatment, through the analysis, this paper argues that solid-liquid separation is the key technology of piggery waste-water treatment.This article compares a variety of solid-liquid separation methods, and put forward a new type of solid-liquid separation device, namely capillary solid-liquid separation device. The device can get rid of the suspended solid in the breeding waste-water, greatly reduce the biological treatment load, and it also have the advantages of no blockage and no energy consumption. In order to further study this solid-liquid separation device, through the theoretical and experimental, it article will demonstrates the effects of this solid-liquid separation devices and shows related parameters of the device, which will be used for engineering design.At the end of the paper analyses and designing process for a piggery breeding waste-water treatment engineering case in Guangyuan city and puts forward the breeding waste-water treatment method, which includes capillary solid-liquid separation, Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) and the transporting to sewage treatment plant. This research results can provide some reference for the breeding waste-water treatment project.
