Gear manufacturing technology plays a very important role in all fields.With the rapid development of automobile,aerospace,shipbuilding and other manufacturing industries,the demand for gear machining technology is also getting higher and higher.Gear manufacturing technology requires higher precision and more High surface finish quality.The development of gear finishing technology has gradually matured today.Due to its special processing texture and high surface finish quality,the internal gear honing has played an increasingly important role in the field of gear finishing.However,there is relatively little technical research on strong honing in China at present.Foreign related departments for honing technology is also a domestic monopoly blockade.As an important part of the research on honing technology,the related research of honing force is rarely published in the public paper.Therefore,in this paper,the HMX-400 internal gear honing machine tool made by FASSLER Company was used as the experimental platform to research and analyze the machining mechanism,honing force characteristics and the establishment of honing force model of internal gear hight gear.The main content of this paper can be divided into the following four points: 1.The honing force is divided into the normal honing force and the tangential honing force.According to the knowledge of the gear meshing principle,the contact line equation of the internal gear honing gear is deduced and the velocity distribution on the contact line is solved.Then the distribution of tangential honing force is analyzed.At the same time,the distribution of normal honing force on contact line is analyzed by using Hertz contact analysis theory.According to the calculation results,the distribution of honing force is analyzed qualitatively.2.Analyze the basic principle of internal gear strong honing,compare the influence of different feed ways on the machining conditions,compare the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods,and through the experimental methods to explore the position control mode,the process parameters Impact on honing force.According to the actual honing process,the honing force is decomposed and the interrelationship between the various components after the decomposition is discussed.3.With MHX-400 internal gear honing CNC machine tools as the experimental platform,the actual and reasonable experimental program,and the use of multiple regression technology to establish a mathematical model of honing force.Using variance analysis method,the influence law of various process parameters on honing force was analyzed.4.Based on the internal tooth strength honing manual,the technical parameters of internal gear honing gear were summarized and analyzed,and the main process parameters influencing the honing force were deduced.The process parameters were optimized by wolf group algorithm.The optimized results improve the wolf algorithm.At the same time,the optimized Wolves algorithm optimization results are compared with other optimization algorithms.
