With the continuous improvement of spinning technology in the fields of aviation, spaceflight, industry and so on, it is urgent need a kind of powerful spinning machine which can realize the whole spinning process of 8 meters or more. In this paper, Synchronous rotary die ring spinning equipment is introduced, expounds the differences of synchronous rotary die ring spinning machine and spinning machine. Analysis of the effects of spinning processing of various key process parameters; simulation and analysis are carried out on the spinning forming process of synchronous rotary mode ring; design a set to be able to realize adaptive tension drive system; in finally,the tension drive system for finite element analysis, and verify the rationality. The analysis shows that the tension drive system can achieve the application requirements of the synchronous rotary die ring spinning machine, which provides a theoretical basis for the practical manufacture of the tension adaptive system of the synchronous rotary die ring spinning machine.This thesis tension in a spinning synchronous machine drive system as the main analysis object, using ABAQUS to simulate the synchronous rotating ring die spinning forming process; using mechanical design software of tension drive system used in screw rod, a cylinder, a slide way into the design, designing the tension drive system of 2D and 3D graph; static analysis and modal analysis on cylinder pedestal and HSG hydraulic cylinder by using the ANSYS software. In this paper, the main contents and results are as follows:(1)For synchronous spinning forming in tension and no tension state simulation results show that the linear degree and the stability of the spinning tube are better in the tension and the tension state.(2)Analyze the principle design of adaptive tension drive system, the drive mode of the ball screw combined with the hydraulic oil cylinder is selected.(3)Analysis and calculation of the screw and cylinder used in the adaptive tension drive system, and finally determine the type and parameters of the screw and the cylinder.(4)The finite element analysis of the key components of the adaptive tension drive system is carried out, and the rationality of the design is verified.
