Glass has many excellent features, which is widely used in the food and beverage packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical and construction industries.Existing large glass factories using large glass forming systems with high value equipment. A certain part of the machine fails may lead to the entire production line shut down, which brings serious damage to the factories. This equipment is not suitable for small and medium enterprises to extend and use. The equipment the Small and medium glass enterprises widely used is traditional non-standard home-made machinery, low productivity, can not be automated unattended. To achieve high efficiency of glass forming, high-speed automated production for small and medium enterprises, this paper researched a small glass bottle molding machine automation.This paper researched glass deep processing of domestic and international current market situation, secondary glass molding process, natural gas network with glass preheating furnace design and calculation of parameters, glass molding unit design, blowing assembly design, parameter design and calculation for transplanting unit, etc. Use Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Simulation for glass molding machine modeling, simulation and virtual assembly. Glass forming machine has four main components parts:pipeline network with preheating furnace, transfer unit, forming unit, inflatable portion. With PLC programming control mode, heating fuel for natural gas, main actuators for cylinder, auxiliary power unit for the stepper motor, which meets outside diameterΦ70mm～Φ150mm, height 70mm～300mm, thickness of 3mm～5mm glass tube forming, efficient and without manual operation.
