The vertical shaft lifting appliance plays a decisive role in coal production and bears the task of ore lifting, material handling, personnel and equipment transport. Over the years, continuous development of the vertical shaft Lifting technology, constantly increasing the depth, lifting speed and the weight of the material, therefore the lifting appliance also requires to improve the reliability and efficiency continuously. If the vertical shaft lifting appliance breaks down, it will cause big influence on the normal production and life safety of the staff.Firstly, the research of dynamics model of non-linear system mutual coupling function of steel guide, bunton beam, hoisting container, cage roller was conducted. The horizontal vibration dynamics model of steel guide-hoisting container was established. With different operating condition, the relations between accelation response of vibration and steel guide faults were studied.Secondly, improving traditional disc spring cage roller, disc spring-hydraulic combined cage roller was designed, including selection of roller’s material, research and design of buffer device, selection of bearing, seal and lubrication.Thirdly, the model of disc spring-hydraulic combined cage roller was established by NX software, and virtual assembly was conducted. The stress distribution characteristic of PU roller was obtained via statics analysis by Ansys software and the reasonability of design of disc spring-hydraulic combined cage roller was tested via modal analysis.Fourthly, the buffer stroke of disc spring-hydraulic combined cage roller under horizontal thrust was analyzed with motion simulation of NX software. Using STEP motion function and sinusoidal motion function to simulate the impact of hoisting container by steel guide, the improvement effort of disc spring-hydraulic combined cage roller in contrast to traditional disc spring cage roller was analyzed.
