The roller coaster,also known as the roller coaster,is a very exciting and interesting amusement facility,which is very popular among young people.Its working principle is to tow the roller coaster to the highest point of the sliding track,so that it will slide along the track under the action of its own gravitational potential energy.Due to the high starting point of the track,the roller coaster has a relatively high speed and acceleration,which is accompanied by movement such as rotation and overturning during the taxiing process,which brings excitement and shock to passengers.However,this kind of movement is difficult to control by humans.In the event of an accident,it is often It brings great casualties,so the research on the motion simulation and structural reliability of the roller coaster is particularly important.In this paper,for a four-ring roller coaster,the dynamic motion model of the roller coaster is established,the motion and force of the roller coaster are analyzed during the sliding process,and a reasonable finite element model is established to verify the safety of the roller coaster and the stability of the structure.The content of this article mainly includes:(1)Based on the actual structure,use Solid Works software to establish a three-dimensional structure model of the roller coaster,including the roller coaster wheel system,pressing arm device,axle housing,car body skeleton and connectors;(2)Through the set track points,Use Recur DYN multi-body dynamics software to import the threedimensional model of the roller coaster designed by Solid Works into it,add constraints and loads to each roller coaster component,and analyze the motion characteristics and forces of the roller coaster during the coasting process through motion simulation;(3)Use motion Select the load conditions that are most unfavorable to the safety of the roller coaster structure based on the force situation obtained by the simulation,and use Midas software and ANSYS Workbench software to establish the finite element model of the roller coaster wheel system,the pressure arm device and other devices to verify the stability of the roller coaster and track structure.The results show that the safety factors of each component meet the safety requirements of amusement facilities.The design of a roller coaster often takes a long period of time,and the design needs to be repeatedly checked until it meets all safety standards.In the design process of the roller coaster,not only the speed and acceleration during the running process must meet the corresponding safety standards,the strength check of the roller coaster components must also meet the corresponding requirements.Through the simulation method,the track is repaired and the roller coaster structure is optimized to ensure the safety and reliability of the roller coaster operation.The research results of this article provide a theoretical basis and verification for the production and operation of the product,as well as examples and references for the research and development of similar products.
