During the research and development process of Baosteel's "Research on Key Process Technologies of Radiation Cured Coil Steel Coatings",radiation curable coil coatings is needed to be newly developed and evaluated.One of the important contents is to study the coating process.In order to study the roll coating and leveling behavior of radiation curable coatings under high speed and temperature conditions,it is necessary to design and manufacture a set of roll coating simulation test devices for simulation research.Therefore,this subject has developed a roller coating simulation test device based on this purpose,which can be tested for a theoretical basis,and the test results to be used in formal production in order to achieve the desired results.In this paper,roller coating simulation test device is used as research object.According to the machinery of commonly used roller coating and the principle of roller coating,the overall mechanical structure of the roller coating simulation test device is designed.The dynamic analysis of the key components of the roller coating rotor part and the analysis of the stability of the roller coating during the operation process are carried out,and the overall device is optimized according to the design and simulation results.The prototype of the roller coating simulation test device is completed according to the requirements,and the key components are verified by experiments to ensure the stability of the device and the rationality of the design.First,the overall structure design of the roller coating simulation test device is completed according to the characteristics of roller coating machinery and the principle of roller coating,as well as the requirements and objectives of the device.The key components of the roller coating rotor component were optimized.Secondly,based on the dynamic model of roller-coated rotor components,carry out rotor dynamics research,conduct modal analysis and calculate the critical speed area of key components,and require the speed set range to avoid the resonance zone of the device operation Increase the service life when required;at the same time,taking into account the inevitable unbalanced mass and installation errors and other factors,the vibration situation under extreme conditions is obtained through vibration response analysis.Then,the study on the stability of the roller coating process is carried out on the basis of allowable vibration.Establish a theoretical model of the roller coating process,derive the theoretical formula for the roller coating process,introduce a small disturbance amount and a judgment factor,and derive a formula for determining the stability of the roller coating;according to the influencing factors,perform a simulation of the roller coating process,and analyze the pair of roller coating parameters under vibration The influence of roll coating stability.Finally,the prototype is made according to the requirements,and the selection,installation and commissioning of the roll coating simulation test device are completed according to the design requirements.The simulation and experimental results are compared through experimental tests to verify the stability of the roll coating simulation test device.
